Stygian hungers do not poison/bleed as they aren't fleshy, only the golems will. Trapper is the way to solo them. The rest.... sin would work. I think something A/x or x/A along the lines of the N/A feaster build, but with shadowform to keep you alive when facing anything other than physical/touchers. Obviously E/A earthquake or other aoe from range would also work...
